2. Apply Ai By Role Team Function

Foundational AI literacy (AI in Practice) is the starting point. Real value comes when teams know how to apply AI to the work they do every day.

Our role-based AI enablement programs build on foundational AI literacy (AI in Practice) and translate it into function-specific applications, embedding AI directly into your teams’ day-to-day workflows.

Because every function works differently.

Each role requires different tools, prompts and ways of working. What works for Sales won’t work for Risk, and what works for Operations won’t work for Finance.

Built Around How Your Teams Actually Work

We design practical AI workflows aligned to each function’s operating model, priorities and tools.

Teams learn how to use AI within the platforms they already have, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude. We show what is possible with best-in-market solutions that may better support specific roles, industries or use cases.

Example Functional Areas

  • Sales & Marketing: Generate sales & marketing campaigns in minutes
  • Customer delivery & support teams: Improve response quality, speed and consistency
  • Operations: Streamline documentation and internal workflows
  • Risk & compliance: Interpret policies and generate compliant outputs
  • Industry-Specific Roles: Contact us for industry-specific functions or tools e.g. Claude for financial services analysts or workflows for frontline-industry project managers

Delivery Model

  • Pre-built, role-specific workflows – Templates and prompt libraries aligned to each function
  • Hands-on application – Applied to real tasks using existing systems
  • Embedded into daily workflows – Designed for repeatable, day-to-day usage

The result is not just AI capability, but measurable productivity within each function.
