We don’t teach AI. We operationalise it.

Take your business from AI experimentation to measurable business value

The Opportunity

Most organisations are already using AI. Few are using it well.

Across many workplaces, AI adoption is happening informally. Some teams are experimenting, others are avoiding it, and standards around quality, privacy, governance and practical use are often unclear.

The challenge is rarely access to AI tools. The real challenge is building the workforce capability, workflows and operating discipline needed to embed AI safely and productively.

Without a structured approach, organisations risk fragmented adoption, inconsistent outputs, increased operational risk and missed productivity gains.

The organisations creating the greatest value from AI are not simply investing in more technology. They are building the capability, behaviours and workflows that enable people to use it effectively.

Our Solutions

NextEd’s AI Workforce Capability Program is designed for organisations ready to move from scattered experimentation to structured adoption and measurable business impact.

The program builds the practical skills, governance and role-based workflows required to embed AI across the organisation. It provides a structured pathway to build foundational capability, apply responsible AI practices in real business workflows, and support consistent adoption across teams.

1. Build AI Literacy

AI Literacy and Responsible Use

Establish a common baseline across your organisation so teams understand where AI adds value, where risk exists, and how to use it responsibly in a business environment.

Pair it with our AI Capability Intelligence Platform (Assess AI Capability) for end-to-end visibility on your organisation’s capability gaps, adoption maturity, and skill risk indicators. Our proprietary system benchmarks individuals by job function, seniority, region, and sector.

4. Uplift AI Capability

Re-Certification, Advanced Pathways & Refresh

Technology advances faster than most organisations can adapt. As tools, workflows and business needs evolve, organisations need a way to keep workforce capability current, practical and aligned to real operating requirements.

We support ongoing workforce uplift through regular capability refreshes, annual re-certification and advanced specialist pathways, helping teams apply emerging AI tools and workplace applications with confidence.

This ensures your workforce continues to improve as AI evolves, rather than falling behind after the initial rollout.

Who This Is For

Organisations at any stage of their AI workforce capability journey.

Whether you’re just getting started or already investing in AI tools, the challenge is the same: turning potential into measurable impact.

This is for organisations that want to:

  • Drive real productivity uplift across teams, not just isolated use cases
  • See measurable ROI from existing AI and technology investments
  • Move beyond experimentation, but aren’t sure where to begin
  • Reduce inefficiencies, re-work and duplicated effort across workflows
  • Embed AI into day-to-day operations, not just training environments
  • Build future-ready teams and stay competitive as AI reshapes how work gets done

AI is no longer optional. The organisations that win will be the ones that adopt it fastest and embed it deepest into how their people work.
